The ICCB training program allows you to provide your clients with a comprehensive studio experience and create much more diverse programs. These three specialized pieces of equipment offer distinct benefits: the Cadillac is excellent for rehabilitation and deep stretching, the Chair develops functional strength in a standing position, and the Barrels are perfect for spinal extension and back flexibility exercises. This diversity makes you indispensable in a full-service studio, increasing your market value.

Although the three modules are typically offered consecutively over 3 or 4 weekends, you can technically take them separately, depending on your needs and budget.
That said, taking all three modules concurrently is more beneficial for learning and more budget-friendly in the long run. To obtain the full STOTT PILATES® certification, you will eventually need to complete all three modules.

No, not all studios have all three machines. High-end studios and specialized studios typically offer them, while gyms and smaller studios may only have Reformer machines.
Before enrolling in this training program, we recommend that you explore job opportunities in your area, or revise your business plan if you are considering opening a studio. Nevertheless, obtaining this certification will help you stand out in the market and provide access to top-tier facilities.
