Yes, the introductory class is mandatory if you have never used Pilates equipment before, so you can fully understand the basics.

The introductory Pilates class is a 60minute session where you work . one-on-one with one of our instructors. During this hour, you will learn the key principles of Pilates, including breathing, centring, posture, and core engagement, through simple mat or Reformer movements. This is the perfect opportunity to express any aches or concerns you may have, and to discuss your goals with your instructor so we can guide you effectively. Throughout the session, your instructor will correct your movements to ensure your maximum enjoyment, safety, and benefits.

You do not have to be an athlete! Our introductory session is designed for beginners. Our instructor offers multiple variations for each movement, whether you are recovering from an injury or postpartum. Just let us know about any health conditions before class, and we will adjust the practice so you can progress safely and with confidence.

To see the benefits of Pilates, such as improved posture and energy, we recommend 2–3 sessions per week. It usually takes 4–6 weeks to see improvements in strength, flexibility, and endurance.

Of course! The cost is $34 per person. Please call us if you would like to add a second person to your session.

Our introductory private Pilates Reformer session is currently 50% off, at $34. Each client may book 1 introductory class. Packages are then available in private, semi-private, and group formats.

If you have not done Pilates before, we recommend that you wait until the end of the first trimester (3 months) to start. After your introductory session, we suggest taking private classes for closer supervision.
