In 1999, Connexion Pilates opened the first Pilates studio on Montréal’s North Shore, and has built that studio into a community of 8,500 members and employs more than 20 highly qualified instructors. Connexion Pilates is now the only MerrithewTM Host Training Centre in Quebec, providing STOTT PILATESMD Education to Instructors from all over the World.

In 1999, Lynn registered with the STOTT PILATES® training centre in Toronto and opened the first Pilates studio on Montréal’s North Shore. More than 20 years of experience, she has built a solid reputation, and currently trains everyone from high-level athletes to those undergoing rehabilitation. The secret to her success? Teaching every class with a specific intent while remaining attentive to the needs of her clients.
Valérie Couture

There was never any indication that Valérie would end up teaching Pilates, much less pursuing training to make it into a career. However, when her colleagues at work suggested that she channel her boundless energy into sports, she jumped headlong into Pilates. She started teaching Pilates in 2001 with attentiveness, respect and delight. Within a few years, she had become Co-Owner of Connexion Pilates. Her professional secret: Preparation before every class!
