Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but to ensure the proper functioning of our studios and allow our clients on the waiting list to benefit from available spots, we have established the following cancellation policy:

GROUP CLASSES

• Cancellation with less than 8 hours notice: $15 fee
• Cancellation with more than 8 hours notice: No fee or loss of class

PRIVATE CLASSES, DUO, APPOINTMENTS

• Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice: 50% fee
• Cancellation with more than 24 hours notice: No fee or loss of reserved class or service

ENDERMOLOGIE TREATMENT AND ALL OTHER AESTHETIC TREATMENTS:

• Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice: 50% fee
• Cancellation with more than 24 hours notice: No fee or loss of reserved class or service

ABSENCE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE

• Total loss of reserved class or service

REFUND AND CREDIT

• No refund or credit will be authorized for missed classes

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

• The client is responsible for booking their spot for a Pilates class. Connexion Pilates cannot guarantee a recurring time slot for a class or appointment.

PHOTO AND VIDEO

• Out of respect for confidentiality and the proper conduct of sessions, it is forbidden to take photos or videos during classes, appointments and treatments.
