In 1999, Lynn registered with the STOTT PILATES® training centre in Toronto and opened the first Pilates studio on Montréal’s North Shore. With close to 20 years of experience, she has built a solid reputation, and currently trains everyone from high-level athletes to those undergoing rehabilitation. The secret to her success: Teaching every class with a specific intent while remaining attentive to the needs of her clients.

There was never any indication that Valérie would end up teaching Pilates, much less pursuing training to make it into a career. However, when her colleagues at work suggested that she channel her boundless energy into sports, she jumped headlong into Pilates. She started teaching Pilates in 2001 with attentiveness, respect and delight. Within a few years, she had become Co-Owner of Connexion Pilates. Her professional secret: Preparation before every class!

Carolyne is a dedicated athlete who discovered Pilates as a result of injuries that she suffered. Pilates healed her pain and improved the overall quality of her life, so she decided to make it her career. After taking her initial training at the STOTT PILATES studio, she joined the team at Connexion Pilates in 2002. Her greatest strength is her ability to communicate concisely, remain focused and incorporate a touch of humour into her teaching!

Isabelle has loved Pilates since 1997, and she is truly a natural! Her enthusiasm led to becoming an Instructor in 2005. She loves everything about her work related to the functioning of the body, which allows her to see the progress and improvements among her clients, and she draws inspiration from their success. She is creative and attentive; qualities that make her a very popular Instructor!

In 2015, after one year of Pilates, improving her posture, reshaping her body and increasing the strength of her muscles, Véronique was so enthralled that she wanted to teach it. She has mastered the art of observing her clients in order to make the necessary modifications or changes, and in doing so, she is able to maintain a positive attitude while making delicate corrections aimed at optimizing each exercise!

Patricia was a Massage Therapist who was fascinated by conscious movements that help to develop and strengthen the ties between body and spirit, and in 1998, she opted for a career as a Pilates Instructor. Since then, she has seen the benefits that her clients reap from her approach, as she focuses her time and attentiveness on them to provide them with the best possible experience.

Being set free from migraines was only one of the benefits that Mélanie enjoyed when she first took up Pilates in 2000. Her curiosity produced a desire to teach, and the training that she undertook now allows her to share her newfound passion.
