Postural Hatha Yoga (all levels)

A derivative of the restorative yoga, this method focuses on alignment, body awareness, stability, flexibility, strength, endurance, breathing, confidence and concentration. A gentle and respectful practice adapted to the body of each participant, excellent for all. Each posture is well demonstrated and dissected, to feel and integrate the principles of the movement proper to each great family of postures: flexion, extension, torsion, inversion and standing.

Helps prevent injuries, reduce discomfort and encourage mobility as well as strength. Emphasis is placed on teaching postures safely and fluidity. During this class, we will use yoga accessories such as: yoga chair, bolster, blanket, blocks, straps and wall.
