Anti-Stress Meditative Yoga (all levels)

This gentle yoga class, enhanced by aromatherapy, sound bath and light therapy, offers soothing postures, brings relaxation, the power of the present moment, increases the ability to let go and free anxiety. This yoga class is inspired from hatha yoga and yin yoga. This practice will be accompanied by a guided meditation, pranayama exercises (breathing techniques) to release the physical, mental and energetic loads.
