A unique non-traditional Pilates Mat course, created in Quebec! This course has quickly gained popularity and has proven itself to many people. Open to all: men, women, whether you are athletic or not. A motivating course, never redundant, to the rhythm of music!
A complete exercise. Cardio, muscle strength, firming of the body and more. Nothing is left to chance!
