What do these celebrities have in common with you?
What does Pink, Kate Hudson, Naomi Campbell, Victorias’ Secrets Angels, Lady Gaga, the Kardashian, David Beckham, Jamie Lee Curtis, Meghan Markle, (and so on!) have in common with you?

Aside from Lady Gaga's training outfit, much more than you can imagine!
You guessed it: they all practice Pilates and have incorporated this practice into their fitness routine for several years.
Like you, they learn to breathe, work to strengthen their pelvic floor, their transverse and their "neutral".
They all have their personal reasons for doing Pilates,
here are a few:

Meghan Markle
She argues that Pilates is the best choice we can make for our body. It's the only training she has never stop doing. The changes are quick and drastic.

Cameron Diaz
She believes that Pilates is the best choice for women of all ages and especially after midlife. This allows her to keep her muscle mass, and also keeps them long and slender.

David Beckham
His secret: 1 hour of Pilates a day. Since this new routine, he feels better than when he was in his twenties!

Jamie Lee Curtis
Pilates is the only exercise, the only method that has changed her body and maintained her fitness through the years.

Naomi Campbell
For the Top-Model in her 50s, Pilates has allowed her to train smoothly, with no negative impact on her arthritis pain.

Sandra Bullock
he has been practicing PIlates since she was 22 years old. Pilates brings her strength and femininity at the same time, opens her shoulders, supports her pelvis, gives her good posture, confidence, and therefore a "hellish approach"!

Kate Hudson
The best way to train smoothly and keep fit during pregnancy and after childbirth.
And of course ... it's also his secret to keep his "trademark": Tummy and well toned buttocks!

Mandy Moore
For Mandy, it's more than just a workout. She practices Pilates 3 to 4 times a week. This allows her to stay physically fit, but more importantly: Pilates helps her maintain good overall health, helps her ground herself when everything is going too fast around her and helps her find a balance. But above all: it brings her pleasure and happiness.
How about you? What's your reason for doing Pilates?
